PRODUCER
Do you have a passion for games and a desire to work with a highly skilled team on an exciting project based on a well-known IP?
Well, then you might just be the next member of our team, as we are on the lookout for our next producer.

A Producer to join us on our journey and help drive one of our exciting projects — and the talented team behind it!
In this role, you’ll work closely with an experienced Game Director to keep production running smoothly and successfully navigating the twists and turns of game development. As a strong co-pilot, you’ll oversee the entire production pipeline from A to Z, balancing structure and creativity while keeping both processes and people at the heart of everything you do. To succeed in this role, you likely have experience with project management, team leadership, and/or scrum methodologies. The job requires an agile mindset - meaning that you should be comfortable handling changes while also creating stability within (and around) the team. However, we value diverse experiences and backgrounds, so whether you’re a seasoned producer or just have a few years of experience, we’d love to hear from you!
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING…

Managing the team and project on a day-to-day basis
Planning, coordinating, and following up on your team's workload on a weekly basis (incl. backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily standups, release management)

Collaborating with QA, Marketing, and Analytics
Conducting 1:1s and EDRs with your team members to ensure well-being and alignment

Who we are…
Funday Games is an experienced games studio based in the heart of Aarhus trusted by partners like Ghost Ship Games, SYBO Games, Apple and many more. We are 49 digital savvy people specialised in games, engagement and digital experiences.
At Funday, we go to work to produce the greatest games of the highest possible quality - always with our players in the driver's seat. But that’s only half the reason. We go to work to have fun. A lot of fun so if you like informal environments filled with creative and technical expertise - and where slippers and Star Wars t-shirts are much more common than suits and ties, you’ll fit right in.
If you recognise yourself in the above description, you are very likely our new colleague.
