Playtester Agreement

This Agreement governs the Playtesters enrolled in Funday Games’ playtester database with the purpose of playtesting relevant games.

Members of the Funday Games playtester database will get the opportunity to participate in exclusive playtest sessions, user research activities (like surveys, interviews, or focus groups), and other activities relevant to the games.

The minimum age of registration and participation is 16 years and members of the database will contribute on a voluntary basis but will be honored with gift certificates and/or other relevant appreciation for participation.

Funday Games will collect data about the Playtester's experience with the game at hand by asking qualitative and quantitative questions and Funday Games is storing the data alongside the other information about the individual playtester. When participating in a study, Funday Games expects the Playtester to answer truthfully and carefully to all questions.

The Playtester accepts that Funday Games is saving data from playtest sessions, interviews, research studies, and potential follow-up analysis. As a member, you can unsubscribe from our database at any time by sending an email to playtest@fundaygames.dk

Funday Games has the right to terminate memberships with no warning. Funday Games has the right to change these terms and conditions for participating in playtest sessions and to terminate the entire playtester database. If any significant changes in the terms and conditions or privacy policy occur, Funday Games will inform Playtester via email. Funday Games considers changes as accepted if Playtester does not cancel subscription after Playtester has received such an email.
